Chelsea E. Root

Since her admission to the bar, Chelsea has primarily worked in public service. She began her legal career with the State of Indiana where she worked as a Staff Attorney for the Indiana Department of Homeland Security and Office of the Inspector General. She went on to serve as an Administrative Law Judge where she presided over administrative appeals of agency actions for various State agencies, boards, and commissions. Most recently, Chelsea worked in the Office of General Counsel for the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS). Chelsea is also a United States Army veteran and current member of the Indiana Army National Guard where she serves as a Judge Advocate (J.A.).
