Learn More About Rhonda Cook
Attorney Rhonda Cook has worked with state and local governments for the past 30 years. At Brand & Morelock, she works with various local government units assisting them with planning and zoning, economic development and finance, and general municipal matters. Previously, she served as Deputy Director for Indiana’s municipal association, Accelerate Indiana Municipalities (Aim), and as Director of Planning and Professional Development for Indiana’s county association, the Association of Indiana Counties (AIC).
Rhonda has also served as bond counsel for local units around the state while at Ice Miller LLP and was Vice President and Counsel at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) in Daniel's administration. She remains involved at the Indiana Statehouse monitoring and shaping new laws affecting local governments.
Rhonda has a BA degree with double majors in political science and journalism as well as a JD degree from Indiana University. She also has an MPA degree in Public Administration from Ball State University. Rhonda lives in Hancock County where she is active in her community, church, and family farm.
