Gregg H. Morelock
Gregg, a Hancock County resident for more than 40 years, graduated Lebanon High School in 1969, received his Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University in 1975, and his law degree in 1980 from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. He was admitted to the Indiana State Bar in 1980.
Gregg resides in Greenfield with his wife and serves as the city attorney for Greenfield and several other local municipalities. He is an integral part of the legal team at Brand & Morelock.

Christopher Isom
Chris Isom clerked at Brand & Morelock for two years before joining as an attorney in October 2007. He was born in Monticello, Indiana, graduating from Twin Lakes High School. He received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Indiana University in 2003 and J.D. from Indiana University, Indianapolis in 2007. He was admitted into the bar October 2007. Chris lives with his wife, Amanda, and their 3 children in New Palestine.

Ariel Schoen
Ariel was born and raised in Greenfield, Indiana. She graduated from Greenfield-Central High School in 2008 and received her bachelor's degree from DePauw University in 2012 with a focus in English Writing.
Ariel attended Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she received her J.D. degree in 2014. While in law school, Ariel clerked for the Office of Environmental Adjudication under Judge Mary Davidsen and worked as a clerk in the area of mergers and acquisitions at The Law Offices of Marc P. Katz.
After being admitted to the bar, Ariel joined Brand & Morelock. Ariel focuses her practice on Family law and Social Security Disability. Ariel was selected at a Super Lawyer, Rising Star for the year 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 an award only given to 2.5% of practicing attorneys in the state of Indiana. Michael Frischkorn
Michael Frischkorn grew up outside Wolcottville, Indiana in Lagrange County and graduated from Bethany Christian High School in Goshen, Indiana. He received a B.A. in History and Political Science from Anderson University in 2002 and a J.D. from Indiana University McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis in 2005. He was admitted to the bar in May 2006.
Before coming to Brand & Morelock, Mike clerked for Judge Paul Mathias at the Indiana Court of Appeals. He then worked with the City of Anderson and the City of Carmel in their Economic Development and Redevelopment departments. He most recently worked for CBRE assisting clients with governance issues and oversight.
Mike lives with his wife, Haley (Wilson), and their three kids in Fortville.

Rhonda Cook
Attorney Rhonda Cook has worked with state and local governments for the past 30 years. At Brand & Morelock, she works with various local government units assisting them with planning and zoning, economic development and finance, and general municipal matters. Previously, she served as Deputy Director for Indiana’s municipal association, Accelerate Indiana Municipalities (Aim), and as Director of Planning and Professional Development for Indiana’s county association, the Association of Indiana Counties (AIC).
Rhonda has also served as bond counsel for local units around the state while at Ice Miller LLP and was Vice President and Counsel at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) in Daniel's administration. She remains involved at the Indiana Statehouse monitoring and shaping new laws affecting local governments.
Rhonda has a BA degree with double majors in political science and journalism as well as a JD degree from Indiana University. She also has an MPA degree in Public Administration from Ball State University. Rhonda lives in Hancock County where she is active in her community, church, and family farm.
